How long will I be in therapy?

Again, this varies by each individual. Unfortunately, there are significant or traumatic events that require therapy. At times, this requires meeting weekly to ensure that a strong plan is developed. The goal though that a person can be aware of the strengths, resources, and coping skills that they have to continue with daily life. This may include continued therapy sessions on a regular basis or maybe not. For some therapy is a part of their holistic health. Having a consistent non-bias third party to work through life with can be beneficial and good self-care. We are constantly encountering new experiences that may require support along the way.
