I enjoy partnering with individuals of all ages. Each phase of life is equally important and presents its own set of stressors and complications. My role is to empower those facing a variety of struggles regardless of what stage of life you are in. Along with my degree, license & clinical experience, I am a working mother, a wife, daughter, sister & friend.
In life, we always have a choice, even if we don’t initially recognize it. Things may not always go our way, unexpected changes occur, we get hurt, we experience times of transition and sometimes feel lost, we try to move forward and make new plans, & ultimately we get a choice in each next step we take forward.
