This workshop is based off of the United States Army leadership Model. Be, Know, Do! The key aspects of what it takes to lead small to very large Army units is synonymous with what it takes to lead your family, employee’s or yourself through a tough situation. This workshop will provide you with some key principles that you can use every day to be a better parent, spouse, friend, leader or employee. Most think leaders are born when in fact leaders are not born, they are taught.
